According to recent news reports, a 16-year-old teen allegedly went into one wild joyride, Tuesday.
Based on police reports, the teen was riding his bicycle when he spotted a Ford F350 parked in an auto shop with its keys in the ignition.
The teen run away with the vehicle and started his joyride to mass destruction.
The young boy managed to damage 23 vehicles as a result of his erratic driving before eventually being apprehended.
Police claimed that it has been a risky chase that they actually had to call it off for safety purposes since the Ford was veering into oncoming traffic. Helicopters were even deployed within the area for surveillance.
Fortunately, no one was seriously injured from the incident.
Now, following his joyride adventure, he has to snap back to reality and face his charges which include but not limited to carjacking, reckless driving, and fleeing the scene of multiple accidents according to reports.
Apparently, this teen had caused numerous damages in the roadway more than an adult do. Nevertheless, since the boy is just in his juvenile age, he is likely to undergo rehabilitation instead of receiving punishments as stated under the Juvenile Justice System, noted by a Los Angeles auto accident attorney.
